David F. Ross, Ph.D., leads the team at Ross Litigation. A Professor of Psychology at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Dr. Ross earned three degrees from Cornell University and has 15 years of experience conducting psychological research on jury behavior, courtroom dynamics, and the accuracy of eyewitness testimony in children and adults.
He has published extensively including three scientific volumes on psychological issues that have sold and circulated world-wide. Dr. Ross has been invited to NATO conferences on eyewitness testimony issues, and his research has been funded by the National Institute of Justice.
Dr. Ross also won a research award from the American Psychology and Law Society for his work on adult eyewitness testimony. Both a trial consultant and a widely respected expert witness, Dr. Ross has helped attorneys in civil and criminial trials across the United States.
